I normally wear jeans and a t shirt. If it gets to hot I take my pants off when I get to work.

Worked in 3 offices since I've been an adult. First was telecom and had the strictest dress code. Business casual and no exceptions.
Second was Oil and Gas. You'd get laughed at if you wore anything other than jeans, boots, polo.
Third is a GC office and its same as O&G.
The only people that should wear suits to work are on wall street. Everyone else looks fricking stupid.

Only time I've worn a suit and tie was to the first Christmas party with the company and I felt like a fricking goober when I showed up and everyone else was in jeans drinking beer.

Suiting separates or dresses with cardigans/flats that can easily be dressed up with blazer/heels.

I wear a uniform on days we have meeting with higher ups but most days, I'm in business attire and on Friday jeans with a nice blouse.

I just left a job that was business casual. New job in tech space and people wear shorts and t-shirts.

Meh. I keep a suit pressed and ready at work if I need it. Otherwise... I'm wearing wrangler fishing pants and a baw polo.

I work for a tech company in Atlanta and almost everyone at my office and in similar companies wears a collared shirt of some kind and shorts to work every day.

I wear a tie maybe 5 times a year a suit maybe once
