And most of these disappear if Biden gets elected. They don't have an issue with those because of ideology, they have an issue with those because there's a Republican in office.

You might want to do some research. There are tons of books, articles, reports, government documents, and public testimony from government officials out there for you to learn about what the KGB officer President from Russia has been doing to the Western world.

I have no problem admitting Romney was 100% right in that moment, and Obama was wrong. It's weird conservatives now just use it as a gotcha instead of actually taking some action on it.

Let me just be devil's advocate here for a second.
Let's agree with what you say. But for the first 24 months, Republican's held the House, Senate and the POTUS. The SCOTUS was also stacked to the Right. Much of what was promised never went anywhere including red meat items such as abortion, stricter 2A laws protecting the amendment, welfare reform, immigrant reform (per the campaign) and on and on.
We see this time and time again. You had your chances... what happened? Politics happened. They're all in the same gang in the end. Red, Blue and Indy. That's just the way it is.

I don’t care if you are running for a council seat in a town with a population of 3000, no matter how pure the intentions, no matter how good of a person you are you will be corrupt

I'll actually contend the most important battles of all - to each of us - are the ones in our own yards. County Commissioners. Mayors. JP's. School Board. District Judges. State Reps. State Senate. THOSE are the battles we should pay attention to. And all too often due to politics, even these yahoos choose a party based upon the voting base. My county in TX is about 78% Red. So... who do you think a Constable wants by their name on the ballot? (R). Whether they are or not is inconsequential. To the straight ticket people, that's all that matters. That and a Carhartt jacket picture with the stars and stripes on it.
National politics is toast. Way too far gone to fix. It's shite. Locally? Vote with some intelligence.

Count your blessings, you could be like my family with no power or water for 2-3 weeks living in your camper staring out at your crushed house with big oaks through it...... Trust me all is not lost with this world.

This is where I'm at. I've decided to focus on myself, I shut down my FB, have basically stopped posting on TD and Reddit, and signed up to do some volunteer work. I cannot control the outside, but I can control how I plan on going on with my life. Lift, eat healthy, read some philosophy books, and hopefully be a good mentor to kids drastically needing it.
