The worst people are the ones that walk into a bar and go "you got any IPA's!?"

IPA's are a dreadful concoction made popular by craft beer snobs to convince themselves their pallete is on a higher level than those "generic" beer plebians.

In reality it's a shitty beer derived from trying to preserve beer on long voyages back in the day. They just loaded it with hops because it would last longer.

I'll drink almost any beer in front me. Light beer has it's uses, other "craft" beer has it's spots.

I just can't stand beer snobs who think IPA is the end all be all of beer.

I drink all beers. I can pound down a case of bud, or I can enjoy a nice, dark porter with a steak. Why does it have to be either, or?

"Beer" is just a bit beneath me. I'm cultivating a sense of style that the Ladies will find attractive, so, it's Malt Liquor for me, please.

Not all IPAs are equal. I do hate the trend though. Every fricking micro-brewery is dedicated to IPAs, and they don’t all taste good. If you want a good IPA, try Ghost in the Machine by Parish. That’s good stuff. Jucifer by Gnarley Barley is another one. You have to find the right one.

And the IPA section of every liquor store seems to be 5x's the size of the rest of the beer section.

I've had Jucifer, it's drinkable for me. Never had Ghost, but at this point I just avoid them like the plague. Maybe I'll try one to try and curb my ever growing disdain for them.

If you don’t like bitter, you won’t like IPAs. The problem with a lot of them is that they lack flavor. It’s just bitter.

Agree. Both extreme ends of the beer drinker spectrum are ridiculous. There's a place for domestic lager, and a place for craft beer. I'm not gonna carry a special glass for my IPA in my boat while fishing. And I'm not gonna order a Busch at a craft beer bar.

You are pathetic with an over generalization like that just to try and make you feel better about yourself.

It's called an embellishment to highlight my dislike of IPA's and beer snobs. I obviously don't think they are "the worst people".

Close, but I'd put murderers, pedos, and rapists ahead of them.

Sorry I hurt your feelings, you can continue to ask the bartender for their best IPA without feeling insecure.

IPA drinkers are often like craft hot sauce users they chase high IBU numbers like Scoville units.

With hops just because some is good it doesn't mean more is better.

Budweiser, Michelob, Heineken are brands, not generic.

As for generic beer, I've never seen any in the wild but would love to try some.

By the way congrats on being worst poster on the OT. Do you bring a growler of craft beer to the gym so you can take a swig between sets. Hairless lard arse.
