I had an am radio in my car when I was a teen thru college.
it was 10 years before my car had FM.
now with excellent sound system and XM Sirius I hear the lyrics to 50s and 60s material for the first time.

When Napster came out, it was the best thing ever. Finally able to compile the songs you wanted into one CD. Wa burning them day and night knowing it wouldn’t last forever.

I had a super-sized version that was like 5 inches thick for bought CD’s. And one more for mix CD’s that I burned.

At some point I transferred my entire collection onto a hard drive but I still have those CD filled cases and the empty cases for their nostalgia and artwork.

I don't store them in a CD folder but in their actual jewel case, still have 250 of them displayed in a bookshelf. Got me a decent CD player a couple of years ago and still listen to them. Once in a while I still buy cd's in ebay.

I read an article here in TD that CD sales are at its highest since 2001.

None - but I had over 200 LPs and dozens more 8 tracks !!!!!!!!!
