I can't stand going to the pharmacy even once every year that I get a sinus infection.

Zero. Some Advil every now and then to get rid of a headache, but that’s about it.

Take about half in the morning, other half at night.

ETA: forgot I also take 81mg aspirin and iron as well.

I have general anxiety, and I tried taking an ssri for it, but I HATED the way it made me feel, so I just deal.

I'll take a few ibuprofen and otc heartburn pill on Sundays if Friday and Saturday were booze fests.

I'll be 52 in March.

I take a multi-vitamin and a Zyrtec every day.

During flu season I add in Vitamin C, 1000 mgs.

That's it.

Oh, and I am thinking about adding B-12.
