Only about 5-10 pounds. Only have about 10 pounds max that I could afford to lose, always been skinny. My issue is bloating, I look like I'm 4 months along at times and can't understand it.

Seeing that the “old” jeans are 32”s, and presently I’m in 40”s, I’d say a considerable amount. Added a few lbs the last 35yrs…

If I had my old suits I would need to put on 15-20 to fill them out now. When I was wearing them I was eating good food and drinking good liquor. Just the folks I ran with that were local and grew up on knowing all about everyone and everywhere made it easy. Like the NOLA folks who have their MG routine down pat and know all the places to be and avoid the trash kind of thing.

Have always worked out but last year my job got more demanding and I injured my shoulder so I started skimping on my workouts and if I did them would only do about half of what I typically do. I also didn't stay motivated with cardio or my diet and gained some extra pounds. I started feeling like shite and knew something had to give. Starting in November I got serious with eating clean again and working out more intensely and have lost a little over 30 pounds. I feel so much better. If any of you need to lose weight just stick with it....it'll pay off in many ways

I'm the same weight at 36 that I was when I graduated high school so 0 lbs.

Maybe 5-10 lbs. If I start to notice love-handle formation, I restrict myself for a month or two (no alcohol, no creamer in the coffee, no snacks), and things are back to normal.
I got annoyed with my love handles last week, so over the weekend I held back a little bit and did some cardio and now they’re smaller. Master metabolism

10 pounds less now than in college. 5’11 and 175lbs so not skinny and not fat

All my clothes are old.
Almost every day in warm weather, I wear a Market Eatz tee-shite.
I got a bunch of them when I worked there. They're indestructible.

I could "squeeze" into 38"s, but those 40"s hit just right...

Why work out? You’re not a real man unless you weigh 200 pounds

I need to GAIN 10-15 pounds for all my clothes to fit.
I retired and am not as active, don’t eat as much.
Prior to that I could buy new clothes and get 15 years of wear easily
