I’ve been thinking, would Texas economy boom once we approve the wall? I am guessing contractors are going to get super expensive. I have some roof and otherhome repairs so wondering if now is the time

The Night’s Watch needs about 1000 men of the black.

Hopefully enough to get you one so you stop starting dumb threads on the wrong boards.

Labor is going to get expensive. Contractors are just going to take their cut off that, but there won't be any noticeable demand for residential contractors due to a steel wall being constructed.

Potentially a lot, the problem is the wall will mostly be in the middle of nowhere.

All the open construction and landscaping jobs once the wall is complete will add up to a million or more alone.

I was told that most of the general contractors were planning to bring in subs who would use illegal Mexicans as their labor force.

Have the current illegals build the wall from the Mexico side. When they’re done they will have deported themselves. Profit.

I would imagine being a laborer would pay well too. I’m sure it would be a dangerous job with the cartels and coyotes not wanting the wall going up. They would either have to provide military security for the laborers or pay them extremely well.

Depends... how many ag jobs do you want to lose by walling of access to water. Do you want useless wall builders or farmers?

Make the price of admission one cinder block and a quart of mortar and that wall will be completed by year end. Just need a few supervisors.

I don't know how many jobs, but I suspect the ER wait-times for legal citizens will drop at Ben Taub and East Jefferson Hospitals.

One could argue that this applies to most government spending.
