I work a 9-80 schedule.
7 till 5
With every other Friday off and leave an hour early on the Friday you work.

I don't like it but it keeps the bills paid. Hell, even my wife is getting in on the hard work. She's at the gym three times a day, lol!

My company recently cut down on overtime so I went from 45-50 to 40.

Average about 16-20 hours per week. For years I did the 40+ hours per week in the office gig and I don't think you could pay me enough to go back to that shite.

45 in the office, usually another 15 or so from home in the evenings. By the end of the year they are shutting down my office so I'll become a remote work from home employee. Who knows what it will be like then.
