How many Days does it take you baws to recover from getting drunk?

I'm talking 14-15 beers along with, oh let's say, 5-6 jello shots? Still a little weary today from Saturday night, but it's definitely better than yesterday

15 beers and lets call it 2-3 full shots. Probably 1 whole day and feel it a bit the morning after that

1 day for that type of debauchery but normally I'm good the next day.
I went pretty hard this Saturday and still managed to run in the Tiger 10K on Sunday. Today, I can't tell if I'm sore from the run or the drinking

Depends on how old you are. Get past your mid-40s and this:

Greasy food and I'm good in a few hours. I haven't drank that much in years though so maybe that's no longer the case.

I assume you're talking really drunk.
And if so, there is an easy formula I follow.
However many days in a row I get drunk, it takes me that many days to recover + 1 day.
So if I booze really hard Friday and Saturday, I'm not completely normal until Wednesday.

If I'm really drunk I'm usually taking down 4-5 beers and half a fifth of brown liquor or vodka. If I do that 2 days in a row, I'm in trouble on Sunday, still brain dead on Monday, and still feel tired on Tuesday.

I'm fricked for at a minimum 1 day. if it's the hard stuff maybe 2-2.5 days of pain

The sugar in those jell-o shots makes a hangover way worse BTW.
