I do dry months several times a year. So on average I don’t drink about 3 days a week. In actual practice, when I’m drinking, it’s 0.

I don’t drink Sun-Thur.

I’m physically fit and nut on the reg.

Problem is I like having a beer or drink w some general life activities. Like cutting grass, batting cage w kids, or generally just sitting on the sofa.

I just don't drink today.

But I've been doing this since November 1995.
