How many carbon monoxide detectors do you have in your house?

I have one. But I don’t have any gas appliances at all so I may not have anything to worry about.

None. But I also have no carbon monoxide here and I plan on keeping it that way.

Keep them near gas appliances, just plug them into a wall outlet.
ETA: 2 smoke detectors and 1 fire extinguisher per floor is a good guideline also

Just have one in general area of each of those. If they are all in close proximity than 1-2 is enough

I have two, one that's also a smoke detector in the hallway near the center on the house that covers two bedrooms and one the master bedroom. I have natural gas for heat and hot water.

I have combination CO detectors on all my smoke detectors that are not inside the bedrooms.
So one near the kids bedroom, one near master, one upstairs, one near garage.
Gas cooktop, fireplace, 2 furnaces and 2 water heaters.

You probably really only need one in the kitchen area. I don't know how sensitive those things are, but I'm pretty sure it goes off if it senses in the parts per million.
