We have two. My wife has an iPhone and we have an old iPad that we use as a baby monitor. My wife is replacing the phone soon. I can't wait to get rid of both. frick apple. They make overpriced, underpowered trash.

True there's no reason to spend the kind of prices that Apple, Samsung, Google, etc. are charging for their premium phones. There are great phones you can get for $300 or less that offer more features than some of the phones that are knocking on the $1,000

Because of the way Apple locks down and limits access to its iOS, it's really difficult to change a setting/download an app/etc that will actually cause harm to the phone such that I would need to do some measure of troubleshooting to get the phone to work, have to do a hard reset, etc.
I know multiple otherwise intelligent people who have managed to brick their Androids so badly that it required a hard reset just to function as a phone again.
