125 in Claiborne parish
52 in Lincoln parish
26 in union parish
1.5 in caddo parish

Yes all the land except caddo is hunted. Trees, pipelines, hay fields, stands of oak trees, and bottoms ideal for deer and squirrel hunting. Got a lot of wild hogs too.

Clear it the 52 acres in 1997 and grandmother got about $200,000. Has 22 years of growth now should be about another 10-15 years and will get it thinned out.

26 acres clear cut in 2002 plus 1/2 interest in a hayfield where we sell the cutting rights.

125 acres thinned our in 2005 got +$100,000 so I use mine for hunting and trees

Some of us just enjoy having some distance between us and neighbors.

I miss that a lot..

In Portland, people dont really keep to themselves and are over-social sometimes. Then again, I'm a mean POS.

If I count the ditches I have to mow between the two lots because the town won’t mow them, maybe right at 2 acres.

House is on 1.5 acres. Own an additional 230 acres for hunting.
