How long should you date a girl before asking her if she is okay with shaving your back?

First date was first week of December. Five dates since then, and a couple of hang outs with friends. Not in a relationship yet, but it does look like it may be heading that way.
But yeah, I need a back shave. Too soon? Wait a couple of more weeks?
