Late to thread, but for fast thawing of any meat, put it in a water proof bag, wrap it so it’s waterproof and submerse in in room temp water, in a cooler or in a sink. Will thaw quickly depending on size or bird or hunk of meat. Waterproof, make sure. You don’t want to soak your meat.

Everybody is hungry and cranky.
I was told to never host Thanksgiving again.

Shove it in the microwave for 40 minutes. It will come out perfect.

I didn't know until I bought one the first year I was on my own for thanksgiving.

Of course, the first thing I thought was "this thing's pretty fricking big...how long does it need to thaw for?"

I went in Kroger about 8 this morning. Thought about yelling out, “Do y’all have any THAWED OUT turkeys?”
