300 will be reasonable in time, with good genes and best health practices.

Do you C60?

Astragalus is interesting as well.

I sold my soul to Bealzubub in 2005, told him he could take me the day Ole Miss won the Natty. He popped back up the day Saban said he was going to bammer wanting to negotiate. I said no....

Satan > Bealzubub

I might live forever..

I used to think I'd live a long time, but the past year I've developed some health issues that makes me think reaching 50 would be a blessing.

Liz,
You may not realize this...
in some cultures, wishing someone to "live forever" is indeed a curse.

As for the "not aging" addendum, that would seem, to be far more tortuous. Let us consider the character portrayed by a young Kirsten Dunst in "Interview with the Vampire"!

55-60 if I’m lucky. I just want to go fast when it all goes downhill. To hell with fighting the inevitable.

Life is a short warm moment
And death is a long cold rest.
You get your chance to try
In the twinkling of an eye:
Eighty years, with luck, or even less.

How are there so many people thinking death by 55 or earlier? Do you people drink gasoline or something? WTF is going on here?

I'm looking at the Yoda trajectory.

I'm at 4+ years pass my expired date. Told those two doctors to just get me out of a hospital bed and that they are both FIRED. They gave me less then 6 months to live. Just flat out told me and the wife to get shite in order.

At this point, I live from day to day and I wake up and give the Good Lord thanks for another day.

When I was growing up I wanted to at least outlive the age my dad died. He dropped dead of a massive heart attack in front of me and my 2 sisters just 5 days past his 35th birthday, so that was my goal, make it past 35.

Well, I did that by 30 years now and I'm still in pretty good physical health. My only issue is I don't want to outlive my physical health and get to a point I can no longer take care of myself. If it ever gets to that point, I'd rather be dead as I'd not want to burden any loved ones or waste away in a nursing home.

A lot of guy in my age bracket (late 50s) really felt like we were not gonna see 35. Not exactly sure why that was but it definitely contributed to people living like they expect to live forever.

If you think about it, you pretty much behave the same way if you think you're bulletproof or if you think death is inevitably on the other side of the next door.

If I'd known I'd live this long I'd have taken better care of myself

I'm.already older than most of you expect.

I'd prefer not to go long and slow and gruesome.

Lady down street was at my birthday party last week. She just found out she's got als/gehrig.

I'm just getting the hang of meditation.

35 lbs overweight. Lifetime of smoking tobacco until 30 and then decades of marijuana to the max.
Probably have 5 or 10 years at this rate.
My numbers are all great.
116. Over 64 bp
Hr resting 58 to 62.
I force myself to workout 3 times a week. Swim and bike and a little resistance.

I'd be ok with 2 weeks notice.

Where I live traffic accidents is the killer. Mt roads and meth addicts in fast vehicles.
No notice.
