Family history is showing the 75-90 range. That's about all I have to go off.

Probably mid 60s

My dad's dad died at 49 of a heart attack while having sex.

My dad's mom died at 51 of a heart attack

My dad died last August at 62 of a heart attack

My family history tells me it will likely be a quick exit

I would like to live til about 92. Just feels right. Plenty of wrinkles but if the pipe still working dammit I want to live

I have a grandparent that's 99. He's ready to go. He lost his mobility about aged 95 or so. His mind is pretty sharp still but he's miserable now. He hates being a burden on others. It's sad to see.

There's a park with a lap around a pond, my dog and I go two laps and it's 2.8, we both figure that's enough.

Why not 2 ?

I take C60

Will die youthfully at an advanced age with very long telomeres.

70-80.
I was around second hand smoke all of my like.
Both parents smoked and died from a type of cancer.

I've never smoked yet I expect to die from cancer.

Of course I could be wrong and I hope so.

30 more years if I’m lucky . But I’m ok whenever. Next week, next month whenever. I don’t think I’ve had more than a dozen really bad days in my life. At this point it’s just gratitude.

Hopefully this is my last rebeloke thread and I can die peacefully knowing that the misery is finally over.

I did not understand one thing in your post. I say your liver is toast at 70.

Well then you’ve got some YouTubing on C60 to do tonight.

Oxidative stress is what you’ve got to fight. Everybody knows this.

No one lives forever, no one. But with advances in modern science and my high level income, it's not crazy to think I can live to be 245, maybe 300.
