How long did you date your SO before tying the knot?

2 months. Because we didn’t date for long, not many believed that our marriage would make it past a year, but here we are 27 years and two grown kids later and still gettin’ it.

We dated fro 6 months and then got engaged. Married 15 months later. Been married almost 23 years.
ETA: I was 30 when I got married, wait at least until that age.

Got engaged after 3 weeks of dating, then married 5 months later. Worked for us, but I don't recommend it.

Dated in college. Married a year and a half later after we both finished our degrees.

I am only 30 so if I want to ever get married, I still have time, but yes it helps that I am single when it comes to extra money.
