I just say "no" a lot during gay month.
Do you want to wear this LGBTQABCDEFG pin to show you're an ally? No.
Do you want to wear a rainbow shirt on Fridays to show you're an ally? No.
Would you like to participate in a DEI event centered around LGBTQABCDEFG voices? No.
Would you like to participate in the company PRIDE walk? No.

Same here. My company hired an ENTIRE TEAM that is constantly making videos and other things we are supposed to watch. Wish I could get paid six figures to try and find racism where it doesn't exist.
For the person asking about March: that was Women's Month. February was BHM. June is the rainbow month. It never ends. There is a month now for everything.

We have a huge Diversity exclusion department and like 30 groups to join. They have "groups" you can join for support and benefits for everyone... unless you are a straight white male. What did they put for straight white males??? A blurb stating that they should support one of the other groups and get no benefit from it... well other than further discrimination against the straight white male.

I didn't mention in my statement above, but my company has the same thing. Latest propaganda video is pumping all these "inclusive" groups, unless, of course, you are part of the group they all hate. There's nothing for you then.

I'm sure on the first, my company will send out an email that they support diversity in the workplace. They'll probably include a pic of some lesbian smiling and waving at the camera and likely mention some made up award that makes them a top 500 places to work for LGBT people. Everyone will mumble to themselves,"frickin corporate bullshite" and then go back to whatever they were doing.

This entire fake movement is arguably the single dumbest thing I've ever come across in business.
So long as no one is being harmed - and especially children - I couldn't care less about the next person's sexuality.
