Fat people are driving the thermostats down in restaurants. Average temperature in a lot of places feels like 68 degrees.

Planet fitness costs like $10 a month

And it’s never too hot to walk for an hour or so. You can lose plenty of weight by eating healthy and walking. This notion that everyone needs intermittent fasting, Keto, and CrossFit to be healthy is retarded.

This thread sucks, OP is an idiot, and OP is probably taking his large insecurities out on tigerdroppings for being 500+ pounds.

Lots of poor people and dumb people leads to eating unhealthy. Being poor doesn’t mean you have to eat unhealthy, but it frequently goes hand in hand with being dumb and having no concept of deferred gratification. These people would rather buy off the dollar menu at McDonald’s than spend an hour prepping something reasonably healthy.

Planet Fitness survives on people who buy the $10/mo plan, but never use it. Constant stream coming through the doors that one or two times

Hot weather slows down your metabolism. But not your appetite. Best time to lose weight is wintertime.

Cooler weather burns more calories...so science is the reason people in the south are fat...that and not being smart enough to understand what is bad versus good for you.

Loads of heifers in WI, so I call this false.

probably due to the fact that a thirst buster 64oz drink will cost you .79 at racetrac. not many healthy alternatives at that price.

Water is free other than at convenience stores and unsweetened tea is the same price as 600 calories of coke

Are you extending that to pure cardio? If you are there are cyclist I know on here I would bet big money can destroy you at pure cardio. I am probably twice your age and I would bet if you sit on a stationary bike and match me I'll ride you out even if it takes 8 hours and eat McDonalds the whole time. Put you on a real bike and I will drop you like a bad habit in the first 30 minutes.

Loser has to Wear only Jncos in public, and make their living relatives and loved ones think that they are coming out as gay for a whole year.
