I'm starting today. Couldn't possibly justify starting a legit diet before the championship game. That's just ludicrous.

ETA: Actually I'm starting tomorrow because I still have leftover pizza in the fridge.

My resolution was to quit smoking & get off ADHD meds
Did both mid December

I’ve gained 5+ lbs but I figure if I can stay not smoking it’s better than the extra weight

I'm currently enjoying a fried crawfish salad. But a new diet is on the list somewhere down the line.

It wasn't really a resolution, but I'm crushing it for the most part. I did have a few beers during the game last night, but I had already conceded I would have a few. Didn't drink at all last week, ate well, and walked 3 miles on my lunch break every day. Didn't drink much this past weekend either.

Was doing well until this morning's hangover. I'll get back to it tomorrow.

Good. Haven't cooked with salt this year. Way back on the fat too.
No sugar.

Planned on starting one at the start of the new year. Decided to wait till tomorrow because of the natty. Put on probably 10 lbs since Christmas so I’m pretty ready for it to be honest.
