I work with a guy who got prostate cancer and had to have it removed so he can't frick now. He's one of those guys who has no ego and just tells it like it is. He says it's extremely frustrating and when I overheard him talking about it I actually felt like if it was me I might would lose the will to live.
I guess that answers the question. I'm very sexual and if that somehow went away, I really don't know what I would do.

you gotta meet him irl. i limit my drinking when he is in the building because he tries to frick me after a few drinks. and he is a big rugby guy so i need all my clench strength
