This is true. But that doesn't make AOC not dumb.

Looking at some of the Mokes that pass, it can't be that hard.

Almost as hard as the CPA, according to those who have taken both.

I found it pretty difficult TBH (and I passed FWIW)

I think the real answer is that the exam is hard as shite, but you only need to get the equivalent of a C- on it to pass.

It’s not really a test of intelligence it’s more of a test of whether you’re willing to sack up and prepare for it.

An attorney I know hired a clerk and she failed the bar three times so I think before she can take it again she has to go back to law school for so many hours. I’d just give up tbh

Louisiana decided about a decade ago that we had enough attorneys. It has gotten *significantly* harder since then, both in content and in the way it's scored (though I'll spare you the details on the latter).

What state? Louisiana, California, and New York are all hard as hell. South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Alabama are all pretty easy.

Having taken both Louisiana and Alabama I concur.

Yep. It’s not rocket science. Don’t go in and try and reinvent the wheel. Spot the goofy issues presented, discuss them, turn in test, and go get drunk as shite that Friday evening.

yeah i took it in 2009 and it wasn't bad but you could still condition. the condition-fail and consolidated follow up let lots of unqualified people slip through

I have friends who did that, but I was fried. I went home, cracked open a beer, and literally took my laptop apart and cleaned it, just to try to clear my head. I think I was in bed by like 8pm that night.

A few days later, I had to call Cox for some stupid reason or another. I actually apologized to the poor woman I was speaking to because I was having trouble formulating a coherent thought. I just kept losing my words. Took me a couple of weeks to flush all of that crap out of my brain.

I was the first year of the new format. Also had multiple new testers, including Code III who decided to ask a mortgage ranking question for the first time in two decades. And not only that, but make it worth 40 points. At the end of day 1, everyone walking out was either dead eyed, manically laughing, or openly crying. Literally everyone who walked out of that exam thought they were going to fail the Bar.

I've never seen my exam, but the only reason I still would like to is to find out what I got on Code III, whether they ended up having to curve the shite out of it or whether I just managed to make up for it on the rest of the exam

I spent more time learning to type than I did studying.

Get your doc to prescribe you to crystal meth.

Although it wasn't a secret, I got hit with a huge trust question. I knew that my "well, frick" was too loud when I clearly heard it through the ear plugs.

I had pretty much skipped trusts.
