A 40 MPH tail wind would explain it. Except your 200 would also be wind aided and under 22 seconds unless you didn't run it in that meet. Otherwise you are FOS.

Damn, it's not even close to world class to run a 12 second 100.

It's not like 12 seconds is some elite time. Not even close really

Lol, anything over 12+ seconds is not fast at all. I ran XC and track in college. Running a shitty 100 meter time is pretty reasonable.

I just looked up the state meet results for Georgia HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS and 74/79 broke 13 seconds. 11/79 broke 12 seconds.

In all honesty, 17 seconds or so.

Not bad for a fat arse.

At 275lbs, I had a fuel tank ignite and start spiralling and spewing flames next my face. I guarantee I broke a 5 second 40 yard dash. Ran out of my shoes.

My best non shite my pants timed run was like 7 seconds

Ran a 10.9 100m. And by "100m" I mean "100 yards". And by "10.9" I mean "13."

Seriously, is it that inconceivable that a few people out of hundreds on a message board were able to run a mediocre (by track standards) 100m dash?

OK. We know you're setting the table. Now go ahead with your post of 10.7 along with "but I wasn't even in the top 5 on my high school track team". Follow the formula.

A 10.9 and a 23.6 don't jive. Someone must have forgotten to start the stopwatch for the 10.9.

Exactly, if you ran a 10.9, you'd be running in the 22s for the 200m.

I ran 11.9, no faster. I only ran it my freshman year of high school. I had a PR of 52.8 in the 400m and won a state championship in the 4x800, and can prove it unlike most of the OT

Great answer.

If a bear or angry police officer is chasing me? I could scoot.

If I was just running to run for running's sake? Quite slow
