As a side note, Billions (on Showtime) gave a Haidt shout out and also had an episode that at least partially mocked Yale law for wokeness in law schools.

Your Jedi mind tricks won’t work with me, Bowl Jackson.

By your standard, you yourself are a crybaby bitch as you complain about Haidt.

Anyone with a criticism of the status quo is a crybaby bitch, according to you, I guess.

Discussion of the merits is meritless, eh?

Don’t be a slacker, McFly.

I'm not complaining about him, just stating the irony

There's irony in a social psychologist writing a book on social psychology and the impacts on students?

Allow me to note the irony of you whining about Haidt, I guess

And me whining about you whining about Haidt, I guess

And so on and so forth

The Righteous Mind needs to be required reading in all civics classes and should be taught extensively in college.

His book is named in tribute to Allan Bloom’s The Closing of the American Mind, which launched a little known college professor to stardom. A great book which really gets at the root of the problem.

If you like Haidt, I'd suggest looking up Heather Mac Donald. She's Haidt if he had bigger balls.

There is a lot of irony, he is complaining about the complainers so much that he had to write a book about it. You suckers pay him money to confirm your narratives and ideas that already exist.

It's hilarious. Try reading the Bible instead of hate.

He’d be burned at the stake

And Professor Haidt only left a few years ago, it’s amazing how quickly things fell apart after Casteen left.

If you wish to defeat the enemy, it helps to understand the enemy, and Haidt gives brilliant insight into what got us to where we are now.

And he would disagree with my usage of the word enemy, as it endorses one of many cognitive distortions.

Honestly, the more people who read The Coddling of the American Mind, the better. It's fantastically written. It gives me hope.

kids today are so coddled and the negative effects it’s having on society
Most parents don’t spend enough quality time or even regular time with their kids. They only see them a few hours after work then the other time is screen time.

I’ve been noticing a tremendous amount of single/divorced/1 parents with at least 3 kids. That’s a huge issue as well.
