I am going to make this as simple as I possibly can for you.
What goes up must come down.
I know a lot people that swear by that stuff when they are first prescribed. I can all most spot them a mile away on social media. Tons of confidence, energy, weight loss due to appetite suppression, clean homes, and above all narcissism.
But eventually, that honeymoon fades and the cost will take its toll. They will need more and more to continue at that level due to tolerance. High amounts of use will result in massive crashes that lead to extreme fatigue for days.
Nothing is free. Everything has a costs. There are no magic pills. Seen it too often.

Got one a year ago.
Said I couldn't concentrate much at work. Doc made me take some test. It was actually hard as frick. I failed it despite trying.

Not always easy unless you have a prior diagnosis of ADHD.
Go to your doctor, tell him you’d like to try something. They most likely will send you to be evaluated which is easy. Then you’ll get your stuff. It’s not hard, just takes a few visits. Also... adderall? Get Vyvanse.

I’ve heard this is the worse. The crashes, fatigue and depression. I know some stories of people crashing so hard they fall asleep at the wheel while driving.

Um people don’t smoke adderall. And adderall is more of a clean synthetic methamphetamine It doesn’t have all that dirty shite that’s bad for your body. But you can spot an adderall abuser a mile away if you know what to look for.

I wouldn’t get started on that baw. It’s a long dangerous road that you don’t know where it leads to and hard to get off. Just drink coffee.

That’s a steep dose to start off. I had a twisted path to getting the script that I don’t feel like going into on here but your doc sounds like the guy I was originally referred to by a counselor that couldn’t prescribe medicine. I walked in and out with the script in 15 minutes but my counselor had set all that up. He quickly increased the dose to 2 x 30 mg daily.
Just to finish the story because it’s worth noting.
The doc eventually lost his license for something, I don’t know the details.
The counselor that referred me also took adderall and I found out about 2 years ago that he committed suicide.

You can get adderal in peptide form on a site like Rasa Research. I think it is under the generic name Tadalafil

Pop into a college library and ask around. Adderall was passed around like candy in my engineering program.

Yes it is. I work in behavioral health and would never encourage my family to take it.
Amphetmines cause psychosis in a lot of people - in some cases it is irreversible.

Go see a psychiatrist. It's much easier to get a script from them than from your pcp.

False. You can eat an entire scrip of 90 20's in less than two weeks and be perfectly fine and functional for weeks waiting on your refill.
