It's stupid and trashy. Keep telling her you're against it. She'll thank you later.

Don’t put your foot down unless it breaks you financially.

It actually helps control my wife’s headaches and migraines.

Sometimes apparent. You would be surprised by the number of people using it cosmetically where you cannot tell. I have sold Botox for many years. Mostly for Neurological use and not cosmetic but people are lining up for it and paying cash. I wouldn't use it cosmetically but many people will.

I met a lady school teacher who had the injections twice a year.
They enabled her to continue teaching high school because without the numbing of botox, a twitch on one side of her face made her an easy target for abuse from the students.

One injection before school started in the fall and a second around Easter and noone could tell that certain of her face muscles had a major problem.
