Kate Beckinsale's a-hole was once full of shite. I would eat that arse like it's my last meal.

Unless you use soap on the meat, I’m not sure what bacteria you think your removing by running water on the meat. I kill just the bacteria with fire by cooking it.

I am told it's poop particles. Despite the meat being cut on site with gloves and a clean knife.

For chicken thighs and certain pork cuts ... you got to wash off

No...you don’t. It only spreads germs and allows for cross contamination

Throw meat in the sink. Turn on sink. Wash meat. season meat in the sink. Move meat to cooking apparatus, wash out sink.
That’s disgusting.
The sink is already one of the dirtiest surfaces in your house, you’re knowingly putting food in it and contaminating the sink even more?

[quote]When you buy cheap meat you have to wash the bone shards off. Source, I've been poor

Agreed. I bought some baby back ribs from Publix yesterday. They had bone shards/grit on them. I could tell just by touch when removing them from the packaging. No way I'm gonna cook that with grit all over it, so of course I washed it.
I wash chickens too, because those chickens are basically washed in a fecal bath at the processing plant. If you don't wash that shite off, it's gross.

Ronald Reagan never washed his meat. Neither did Ron Jeremy.

Turn on sink.
I don't know how to do that, but I do know how to turn on the faucet to get water into the sink.
And like already mentioned, you sink is filled with bacteria from daily use, no matter how clean you think you are.

So you think splashing the meat is going to do something that the 300+ degree oven or grill won’t? I’m curious and want to understand

sent him to the store to buy the meat.
I paid for it and it was very good quality.
He had a new barrel pit that he was bragging about. I told him to come cook for me and the men working in my yard.
We ain’t exactly poor.
I'm saying that's where you learn the behavior.

Let me cook you up a nice warm plate of shite. Hope you enjoy it. Don't worry, the 300+ grill will kill any bacteria.
"Splashing" is such a cheap and poor choice of words for rinsing the majority of the fecal matter off so myself and my guests don't have to consume it.
Have you ever stepped foot into a chicken processing plant? I'll bet you haven't.
For the record, I have been involved in the food industry off and on for 35 years and no one has ever become ill from anything I have prepared.
And just so I'm clear on this, you actually like having bone grit cooked into your meat?

So you don't know how to clean your sink with Clorox and then hot soapy water? It's permanently filled with bacteria? Wow. I guess I need to throw away all my dishes after using them too.

Some of yall are seriously dumb. You most likely already cross contaminated and spread germs by just opening the package.
