If a woman offers her hand, I take it gently, bend my middle finger inward and make a tickling motion.... followed by a suggestive wink.

First off, the woman must extend her hand to you first.
Shake her hand slightly firm but not like you would a high strung kid. The mush/squish shake is a turn off to women too.

Gentle hand shake with right hand and cover the back of their right hand with my left hand. May not be great process for superiors, but I am from the south. We still treat women with a bit of gentle southern charm.
