How do you react when you get really angry?

I am more of a slam things around guy and mutter under my breath. Anyone get really angry and curse a lot? I've never been a cusser.

I don't act very well
Been felling like shite all day for letting my 14 yr old have it last night night, nothing physical but I gave him an all time arse chewing.

I am probably the most irritable person I know and the smallest things can trigger me. I'm a curser for sure. Not proud of it and am constantly trying to be better. It's weird, cause in some scenarios, things that would really piss other people off I can pretty much shrug it off

I curse extremely proficiently about very trivial things. Like I will let out a stream of creative profanities, and my gf will run in thinking I have a compound fracture, when in reality I just hit the wrong button on the smart tv remote or put my keys in an inconvenient pocket or something. But I very rarely get really angry about anything. If I do, it's typically a silent, brooding anger.
ETA: She understands the irrational profanities a little better since she took up golf.

I hate that feeling. Part of you knows it was warranted, another part is pissed you had to do it at all, and another part is pissed thinking maybe you took it too far. Parenting is hard as shite.

If mildly annoyed I bitch and cuss and, according to my wife, yell a lot. When I am really angry I get real quiet. If you are ever around me and you think I’m pissed because I went silent, don’t frick with me!! The next step is rage and even I don’t like me when I get to that point. It’s a scary place for me because when I was much younger, that rage always preceded violence. Somebody was getting an arse kicking, might be me but somebody is getting it lol!

I get super quiet, because I’m analyzing the legal consequences of breaking my foot off in someone’s arse and if it’s worth it. People that don’t know me would never know I’m pissed. If I ever snap and start yelling, then no one really has anything to worry about unless they challenge or touch me. I’m typically just in aggressive arse chewing mode.

I used to put my fist thru a wall but now nothing really gets me I may raise my voice towards my kids but that’s just when I’m sick of hearing them argue with there mother.
