I ignore, and focus on my issues over theirs. Luckily if anyone has been that what, they are not main family and are expendable

its called marriage
but dont worry, you should get 1 week a month thats reasonably pleasant and you might even get some true affection shown to you to boot

Get that person out of my life as much as possible

Tell them “no problem”.

Depends:
If Spouse/SO-Attempt to identify issue and seek professional help to solve. Two attempts given. Initial refusal=time away. After time away and secondary refusal=moving on.
Family member/True Friend-Listen to issue and offer a friendly opinion/advice. Same behavior after ample time to get things moving in a positive direction=moving on

If she is gf or wife.... better sex. Good sex always makes things better. Seriously, make her toes curl and she will glow!

It would never be myself. I'm awesome every day.

This. I know my wife let’s me get away with murder for a few days after I get her to squirt across the room. If it’s been awhile since she has this experience things get a little testy around the house.

I honestly agree with the slipping something in their drink.

If that's not feasible
2. Reduce my interactions with said person to as little as possible
Though apparently I don't seem to abide by those 2 rules on message boards because this place is littered with miserable/negative folks, and yet I'm still here.

Let that person eat a bean (Molly, ecstasy) twice a week. They will feel like a much happier version of themselves on the days they take it and it will impact their view on the world.
