Short of the southeastern states imploding their own economy?
Year by year, it seems the quality of life in red states is deteriorating as more and more move in.

have you seen what the typical southern white trash/southern black trash looks & acts like?
bring on the hipsters. the beer is better, the food is better, there are better places to socialize, they care about their environment/setting, they work for a living and they pay their taxes.

Having spent time all over for work, the trash is pretty much the same everywhere. They don’t take care of themselves or their environment.
The south might have more trash, but don’t think for a second it doesn’t exist in New England, the midwest, and certainly the west coast.

I always thought you were that dike-y looking fishing guide in Venice who stole money from the state after the oil spill.

I just feel for states like Texas, S.Carolina, and Arkansas are getting flooded with them. It’s causing urban sprawl like never seen before (aside from Texas) in some of those states. They are killing the housing markets and outpricing the locals. Cities are building more generic strip malls and subdivisions to accommodate them without taking care of basic infrastructure. Brother lives in north Arkansas and says most of the Airbnbs are out of towners from Cali and up north owning them. They’ve built so many subdivisions and yet it’s still hard for regular Arkansas families to find a house.
I believe aside from Texas, Tennessee and Florida are the hardest hit. Former coworker of mine is moving again for the second time in Tennessee. All the new neighborhoods being built are infested with out of state people from out west and north. He said a lot of the natural beauty of the state is slowly disappearing due to so many moving in, culture is slowly changing also in some areas.
People leave California to small towns in Tennessee and Arkansas for the slow charm and eventually they ruin the town themselves when everyone is doing the same

Overwhelmingly pass legislation that they view as bigoted or hateful and pass strict voter ID laws. Besides that there's nothing to dissuade them and no shot at slowing down the locust horde
