I wear work boots most of the time, have a couple pairs. I have one pair of more casual/dress up boots. I used to wear those all the time, so they are broken in very well. Since I have gotten so used to work boots, those dress boots feel like very light slippers when I wear them. Very comfortable, but almost feels bare foot and unprotected.

Quit buying cheap boots. Get some Rios Mercedes, Anderson Bean, Luchesse Classics, Black Jacks or Chisos boots. Chisos probably the most comfortable I have worn.
