How do people that believe in Noah's Ark explain race/ethnicity?

Something I've always been genuinely curious about the mental gymnastics to reason that out.
I'm talking about the people that believe LITERALLY the entire world was flooded and only Noah's family and two of every animal were on the Ark, just a couple of thousand years ago.
Obviously those types of people do not believe in evolution.
How did the races of man develop? Was one of Noah's sons a black guy, one an asian guy, one arab, etc etc?
I do not want this to devolve into a religious pissing contest if at all possible.

Right, but Noah's Ark would be the genetic bottleneck, presumably several hundred(? Thousand?) years after Adam and Eve.
So sometime in between Noah and now, race would have to develop, because anyone before Noah would have been wiped out.

Because the whole world was not technically flooded, but that area by the Nile/Egypt/Mesopotamia was flooded pretty bad. They just thought the whole world because they did not understand how large the actual world was.
