How do I join the Cajun navy?

Want to serve my region. Is there a time commitment? Who's the commanding officer for this area? I have a 8 foot flat boat I'm willing to use. TIA

There is no centralized "Cajun Navy," man. Just go out with your boat and help people. It doesn't matter what you call it. Didn't matter before some dude in Facebook started a group called the Cajun Navy.
