32 in 1969. Yes, I am your grandfather.
No such thing as study prep back then. Scores have been renormed a time or three since; that's the equivalent of a 42 in 2018.
Carry on, I've got a nap to resume.

Took it once and got a 31. Pretty stoned at the time....didn't care about it then...don't care about it now.

I'm far more inclined to believe all of these high scores than I am to believe everyone was drunk/high/whatever when they took it.

18.
Didn't really try or GAF to be honest.
Still got into University of Washington after the Army though, so it had a happy ending.

28 - first try in my junior year in high school. Went to UNO on a full ride scholarship + TOPS. Got the exact same score on my MCAT 4 years later.

I knew how this was going to go. The OT has the smartest mother frickers in the world. I'd say the average in here is around 31-32. That being said I scored a perfect 36 on reading comprehension and a fricking 8 in math. A damn 8. I got what, two questions right? I ain't much on all that figuring. If I could've stacked my scores( made a 12 in math the second time!) I'd had a 27 because my highest English was 28 and Science 27. All that being said I made a 23. Sorry I'm not as smart as all you brain surgeons.

Or those who scored sub-18 aren't exactly eager to post in an ACT score thread.

If you score was this, I'm questioning whether or not you know what a number is.

The numbers aren't the problem. I love stats and numbers. It's when they put letters and the other shite in there that screwed me. The time I scored 8 Math was last, and I'd stayed out until 2 AM. That being said I'm not a math genius.

Bruh, I have almost zero reading comprehension, and I still got a 17 on the reading portion. In fact, I only got a 24 on it with unlimited time

You pretty much have to have a learning disability to score an 8 in math. I’m not a math wizard by any stretch, but I even scored in the 20’s in math.
You mean that you can’t solve for variables? So the only math that you can do is basic arithmetic?

Always. Apparently every MFer in this thread was stoned and drunk taking the ACT.

I was distracted because junior prom was the night of the test day. No drinking or partying the night before for me though. Guess I should be embarrassed I only got a 30.

It's even worse than that.
An 8 in Math is equivalent to getting 3-4 questions right.
3-4 questions right out of fricking 60.
