Had 5 grand worth of suspension parts ordered for 6 months, called every month and was told it would be "a few weeks". Finally got a butt full of the run around and called to cancel. Their response was "ok". It was apparent my business was not needed, nor did they care if they had it. If you have an resto needs, avoid the cheese dicks at classic performance products.

I hate that shite. Maybe I want to have my $ ready, like their signs often show.

“It looks like the charges were re-applied because they were in-person charges. I will challenge the results - this will take 3-4 days. In the meantime. I suggest you make a payment on the card.”

Charges remain. You can dispute as many times as you want, but they want a copy of the police report.
“Why can’t your investigation team get the report? Isn’t that their job?”
You need to get it sir.

Records department of Denver Police is shut down due to Covid - must request documentation online.
Enter necessary information - request received (to this day have yet to receive my copy of the report)

Call customer service again.
Absolutely livid at this point.
“I don’t understand why my capital one card did not need require all of this information, no did I have to jump through hoops. I’ve banked with Chase for over a decade and this is my treatment over $300?”
Send statements of capital one charges being removed. That may do it.
Statements sent.
Charges finally waived almost 8 months later.

Close my credit card account and bank account.

People bitch about Southwest going downhill but most of that seems to be industry related with delayed flights for all.

I got caught in traffic by a wreck today and walked in the airport terminal at 9:30 for a 10:00 flight.

TSA was hellalong but was pretty quick. I was way far away from my gate when I heard my name announcer over the loudspeaker. Got to my gate at 9:55 and he said “we were about to call you we didn’t see you through TSA and then you just showed up as cleared.”

Nobody is perfect but they have done more right by me than most other services I use.

And that switch happened overnight. Imagine being a company that doesn’t want a white person in their commercial anymore. This happened when King George was being enshrined as a legend

Piggybacking on this - a shout out to TSA. Came off a 15+ hour international flight. Had a short(ish) connection (90 minutes).

Getting luggage was a trash fire, the "in between security" was a trash fire. FINALLY get through, they don't like the shite we bought at the duty free shop.

I'm clearly annoyed, but I'm like "frick it, pitch it" because I don't want to miss my connection home.

TSA employee calls over a manager, manager walks me down to the airline's counter and waits with me while I put it in a box to go in the cargo hold and walks me back up and through the still-raging security tire fire and over to the walkway to my connection.

ETA: Pursuant to the original question, frick Abita and frick their shitty arse brewpub. NEVER AGAIN!
