Mmmmm, not entirely true.

Minnesota is loaded with beautiful women...all that blonde haired blue eyed scandinavian blood up there. Michigan is also surprisingly loaded with talent.

I will say though that Athens Georgia had the highest concentration of knockouts I've ever seen.

#45-50 in every category that makes a state somewhere good to live.

Bottom 3 in all bad categories; obesity, poverty, STDs, etc.

The gumps seem to love their 49th ranked state much more than we love our 50th. The populous is very apathetic here. It's part of the problem.

Say what you want about alabama but there's no denying this..

Louisiana unemployment rate 4.5%
Alabama unemployment rate 2.8%

While we're over here bragging about our easy attitudes about substance abuse and our overrated food culture. They're quietly improving their lot in life by taking industries that should be ours.

Louisiana is probably last in attractive women when it comes to the southern states, and I frequent most of them.

All the decent looking women in LA basically look like the girl in the famous tiger stadium "BITCH" gif.

Our shitty status quo is fine. Look at who we elect. It isn't going to get better

Louisiana has beautiful women until they hit about 25. After that, the steady diet of bud light and crawfish with Boudin combined with years of literally no athletic activity whatsoever causes them muffin tops to spill out all over the top of those yellow rompers.

And then just throw all your trash out the window on the drive home. Louisiana at its finest.

So that’s my thing about Louisiana. Yeah it ranks at the bottom in most categories that people around the country care about but it can’t be beat as far as people go. I fricking love the different little cultures as you drive down I-10. All the accents, the food, and the I don’t give a frick we are having a good time attitude. I can’t wait to be back one day.

I've been to 47 states and I'd live in Louisiana over a lot of other places in the country despite the US News rankings.

There are pockets of AL that offer a quality of life that, while not the absolute best in the country, are at least top 20. The rest of the state where that does not apply gives us our terrible reputation, statistically and otherwise.
