how bout those that have that you can't pass me up syndrome. following a car in the right lane and you go to pass them on the left and they speed up like dale jr. forcing you back to the right lane behind them. And those in the right lane when they realize they are not paying attention as you pass them on the left and you go to move back to the right lane but they gun it so you can't get back in the right.
there really are shitty drivers out there and those damn phones got a lot to do with it

Most countries' driver's ed programs are substantially better than ours. Some (like in Japan) are perfectly willing to not issue a license to someone who can't demonstrate proper driving skills.
And the German police will absolutely pull you over for left-land driving.
The problem is that so many people in the US think that if they're going below the posted limit, this means they can drive in whatever lane they want. This is not legally true of course, but unless cops start pulling people over they get away with it.

It's for 18 wheelers going 70.5 MPH to gradually pass other 18 wheelers going 70 MPH.

Yes. The law states you must pull over. It does not state anything in that section about speed limits. You are not the police. Get your arse over.

The most effective way to handle traffic issues is to install traffic cameras all over the country. The cameras in Germany are smart enough to issue tickets for the driver impeding traffic in the left lane AND the driver passing dangerously on the right.

It's usually some dumb bitch yapping on her phone speeding up to 85 mph and passing you then getting back into the right lane and slowing to 65 mph to force you to pass them, then repeat the process.
If I have to pass them twice, they will not do it a third time. I will and have on a couple occasions blocked them from passing.
Had one dumb bitch in a minivan pass me and then slow down in front of me at least 4 or 5 times once on I-37 until I got fed up and started blocking her from passing me on a pretty empty interstate. Bitch would come up behind in the left lane and I would move from the right lane to the left. She would move over to the right lane, I'd move over to the right lane. After about 5 minutes of this and me shooting her the bird out of my driver's window, she slowed way down until she was about a quarter mile behind me and apparently learned how to use her fricking cruise control. Stupid cùnt.

I would take someone going 75 in the left lane any day. My concern is the idiots driving 50 in the left lane.

A few days ago, I had a high school aged blonde merge onto I-10 at bluebonnet, cut across three lanes of traffic, and get in front of me going 55 mph in the far left lane. I had to swerve around her and when I passed saw she had her phone 6 inches in front of her face. It made me wonder how many wrecks drivers like her cause and have no clue
