Plastic surgery is the only option.
Hopefully, some Doctor some place has developed a technique for this and has had success. Otherwise the ears will still look bad post op.

Women can not overcome those ears. But they can't overcome doing porn, or the substance abuse, or the eating disorder this chick has.
Pic#4 is acceptable. Is she survives to 35 she will have many regrets. Those ears will probably fall to middle of pack of regrets. The hepatitis, abdominal abscesses (from stupid belly studs), needed vaginoplasty, and turds falling from her gaped arse like dice falling out of a Yahtzee cup will probably be more bothersome day to day in her 30's.

$1500 to fix it and it's just a small scar, better than sick looking lobes.
But I don't think Dr's should perform the surgery. I am so tired of people being saved from themselves. Make bad choices, live with the consequences!
Mess up your lobes, you have to live with it!
