I've been able to stay pretty well staffed for such a small area. If you try to find something LTR down here try and avoid those wanting the Houma lifestyle. Husband works offshore and is only around half the time, they've popped out a kid, working a menial job, and go to Destin once a year. That is winning at life for some around here.

My manager didn't post them. I don't have time to frick around with facebook. I'm not going to outskin TP but I will give you better food and service. I forget they are down the road. Walk On's next June with be a bitch though.

Well like I said, its one of my back up jobs and you have to put your dues in for this industry. It wont be forever and I will make a damn good bit of money along with training and experience.
But yea if it is still fricking my hunting up in 2-3 years ill be switching for something with a set schedule.

I never understood the hate the east side of houma gets here. Lived here all my life and never really ran into trouble makers. The neighborhood by the Oaklawn/annunziata church area is far from being a shite hole. I mean it's not like the rich neighborhoods on the west side but the east side being horrible is greatly exaggerated imo. As long as you stay away from East Street and the connecting areas to East Street like senator circle and what not then you're totally fine on the east side.

SLB has a majority of the market overall in the world. I believe both Halliburton and Baker are beating them out in completions in the gulf.
Completions is a good field to get in though. It used to be an afterthought to D&E. But it's becoming more complex and increasing productivity so companies are dumping a lot of money in it.
