I'll go with the 200 Butterfly. My fastest 200M was 2:16. The world record is 1:51, so I think with a 30 M head start I can beat Phelps in a 200M butterfly

At 16 my age group national ranking was single digit in said event. Very close to 40 now, unless you're still swimming, you're gonna need more than 30m vs Phelps of today. Dude can still probably walk in a drop a 2:05. Trust me, I've seen what gold medalists without training can still do when you call them out. At 17 was lapped by Anthony Nesty during a 3000 for time. He was almost 5 years removed from training, for the 100 fly 
Back in 01 or 02, a triple gold medalist from 84 Olympics took down my buddy at the end of practice in a 100 free. My buddy was in the 20-25 range in world rankings for the 200 free at the time.
