Oak Alley is the leader thus far. You like it?

frick yes. It's one of the nicest besides the few mansions around Bluff Lakes turning into Oak Path. Twin Oaks is just older with tons of tree cover so I prefer it if I weren't poor. My only recommendation is stay away from the interstate. Some folks say it's quiet and fine but they live there. When I deliver pizza at 9pm on a crisp winter night it's pushing 100db(fountain hill is awful noisy) on those streets backed up to 10. But all those are safe and good customers.

Oak Alley is a great subdivision. It's also great option for driving around looking at Christmas lights during the holidays. Damn near every house is decorated.

Traffic can SUCK on the morning commute if you're trying to access I-10 at hwy 73 (from 7:15 to 8:00) when school is in session. Traffic also sucks at 5pm making your way up to 73 from 74

Old Mill has a neighborhood pool, clubhouse, and playground. Do any of the other neighborhoods around here have that? I didn't think so.

I liked Old Mill. House just got too small for my family. Yards are small too

Way too small. For around the same price Oak Alley offers decent sized lots, some with nice views of lake

So I take it you have not been in Old Dutchtown Subdivision then. Its 1 mile down 74 and has everything you stated, plus a fishing pond.

Parks at Dutchtown features this plus homes with backyards that overlook a beautiful creek.

Was about to pull the trigger on a home in there...but decided to pull the trigger on a divorce instead

Oaks on the Bluff is very, very nice too... We are actually modeling the exterior of ours off a house in the back of there... white painted brick, clean lines, etc....

Love that subdivision. Actually live there. Are you looking at the house on the back street (near interstate) or one on the lake in back?
