There are a few for sale right now. It doesn't seem like the suit is stopping anybody from moving here. Houses are selling. But then, they're prolly like me & didn't know. Oak alley is $325+. Oaks on the bluff is prolly $400+. I really like oaks on the bluffs

Nice neighborhood, providing you get in the front. Otherwise, you're going to hear cars zipping around on I-10 all day and night long.

Our HOA dues were $350 when we moved. Lawsuit made them increase another $150 because we have some incredibly high insurance premiums now. I think mine are $100 more because I live on a lake lot though

Hey paul, there's a house that's been for sale for well over a year, maybe closer to 2. Outside is painted horrendously. But I bet you could steal that thing for $250

I live in Legacy Hills, been here a few years. We chose this place over Fountain Hill and Oaks On the Bluff due to the noise pollution from I-10, it was just too much to handle. Legacy Hills is a good neighborhood and i'm glad we moved here. Traffic at about 5 on 74 towards 73 is congested, but all these subdivisions have to deal with it.

Regarding the builder you speak of MiloDanglers, I've seen his work. He's a good builder and no, he didn't build my house. What kind of corners did he cut? I watched him build 2-3 houses and thought his attention to detail was impeccable. Custom houses and craftsmanship commensurate with the neighborhood.

Got 8 acres off Bluff down Ridge Rd and its still not enough. Rather drive an hour to work from the Feliciana's where I have a sweet spread and not a neighbor in sight. Couldnt imagine living on top people in these neighborhoods today. It would drive me nuts having people live that close to me.

He does build excellent quality homes

Most desirable thing about that area is you will be neighbors with Deck Blvd and it's high class citizens. And Harvest has turned to shite since LeBlancs opened.
