Short of physical violence (which I'm fine with), charge them, prosecute them, and sentence them to jail/prison.

People always ask, why did they just stand there and film and do nothing? I agree lots of times, but in a situation like this one, I would just sit back and film, and laugh, and laugh, and laugh.
