I’m sorry, but it doesn’t matter if you think it’s a crime or not. Know the laws and customs of the country you’re visiting. Don’t travel to another country and act a damn fool like you think you’re back in the Hood.

The man she yelled at isn't likely even a citizen. Rich muslim countries bring in third county nationals to do the menial jobs. Most are from poor countries like Egypt, Iraq, India and some from the Philippines. Many times they are treated like slaves.

Mostly Indian, Pakistani, and Shri Lankan but yes, they import most labor.

That's the military term, commonly referred to as TCNs. Also called OCNs (other country nationals). They do a lot of work on our military bases (cleaning, cooking, manual labor, etc).

We had a female Colonel in the Air Force that was somewhere in the Middle East on a deployment. Her and some other high ranking officers went out into the city and she made the mistake of walking next to the men and talking to them and ended up getting slapped and harassed for it.
