Atlanta. The climate alone is a big enough difference maker. You can get to the Atlantic or the gulf within a reasonable drive and you're 1 1/2 hours away from the mountains. Traffic, food, airport/ease of travel are pretty much a wash. I would live Inman Park, Virginia Highlands, or Midtown over Buckhead though.

While I do love The Woodlands, living in N Atl was really nice. Mountains, fall activities, seasons, Brunswick stew, the Bald, Savannah, Tate City......list goes on and on.
That said, though, for a big city the peak hour traffic is stupid bad. Very poor planning.

I've also lived in both and I would choose Atlanta, hands down, for all the aforementioned reasons.
And it's been said once or twice, but I would also highly recommend living in the neighborhood you work. I would also suggest scheduling house showings during rush hour, if at all possible. That way you get a realistic glimpse of what the neighborhood is on a day to day basis. Some streets can be pure hell from 5-6pm, especially in and around Buckhead.

Houston or Atlanta?
It depends on if you like asian or black trans.
You were asking which city is better for Grindr action, right?

Probably, but the knock that Atlanta doesn't have a food scene befitting it's national status as a big city is out of date.

Not close.
Houston by a mile.

I've spent time in both cities and currently live close to Atlanta.
Probably Atlanta. But both cities have their pros and cons.
The weather is a big thing for me. It's brutal in houston.

Lots of Houston votes because of proximity to Louisiana, and because many on this board currently live there.
I'm taking Atlanta though. I'd prefer live in Buckhead > The Woodlands (I equate these 2 with each other, kind of) and also prefer downtown ATL > downtown Houston.
But neither would be a bad option IMO.

Not true, you just need to know where to look.
I would assert, if I "need to know where to look" that sort of proves the point I'm getting at.
I'm not saying there's not plenty of good restaurants there, mind you.

Nola and NY in this list......no other US city.
Subjective lists are subjective.
agreed, but I would say zagat is a little more reputable for restaurant reviews than the telegraph and I didnt say anything about NYC or NO

Where would you recommend in the Northern part of the city?
