You're arguing that the fact that the Catholic Church has had more child molesters serving in leadership roles is proof that they are "the one true church."

That's utterly delusional and conveniently shifts blame onto the Devil and away from the molesters themselves and the authorities that were complicit in their abuse by covering it up.

No church is perfect.

Which are the actions of an evil power at work, aka Lucifer. People within the church are corrupt, but the Church itself is as pure as the heart of God. It is the bridegroom of Christ. The only way to destroy it, is to ruin its credibility. Satan has been attempting to do this since the first great heresies of the Church. He won a victory with the Great Schism and the Protestant Reformation and continues to fight the Church by sending child molesters into the clergy.

And the Boy Scouts, etc. This is a society problem, in every organization and demographic. If a Baptist says, “It’s a Catholic problem,” then they are part of the problem. This is an issue which requires everyone to keep eyes open objectively, because it has happened everywhere.

You’re steeped in dogma, brother. Christianity is the bridegroom of Christ, not the Catholic Church. Protestant reform is not a product on Satan, it’s a product of Catholics using doctrine and dogma, making their own religion with no basis in scripture.

This sadly isn’t surprising.. all the sleepovers at people houses for D-now weekends and other stuff.

I say this as a southern Baptist who doesn’t have anything to do with all that anymore

Southern Baptist preachers are some of the dumbest and hypocritical mother frickers on the planet. I’ve known Southern Baptist preachers that were too dumb to graduate high school. Really most of them are the same breed as the mouth-breathing cops you find that just want to go bully basic society, except the preacher has figured out he can have moral authority over literally everybody that is below them, since they are holier than thou. Almost all of the biggest bullies and holier than thou twats I’ve met are Southern Baptists, and it’s because they’re usually led by someone even worse and more coercive than they are.

Obviously I really have a problem with this church.
