It looks like a smaller house with A very small yard. . Not to mention it’s a older house whose design is very dated. All of that being said it looks like a very clean well maintained home. It will just take a little before the right person finds it, good luck.

You know the area and people are dropping much more for the quick turn around homes that get flipped every few months

I'll need an address, and not for egging purposes, this time.

Painting isn't going to stop anyone if the price is right.
It will if there are similar options at a similar price that don't have crazy colors throughout. I repainted my entire house (this house was exactly what we wanted in the neighborhood we wanted besides the interior colors) and don't plan on doing that again whenever we move unless absolutely necessary. I can't imagine I'm they only person with that mindset.

Not a bad little house....

Plain colors would help but a week isn't very long. Our first house took 10 months to sell. Granted, this was during the economic downturn years ago.
Not sure if you’ve seen the economy lately

I don’t think the paint’s a big issue. It looks like a great starter home, but do the homes in your area have garages or carports? If so, that may be a factor.

I figure if the price was that crazy I would at least get a lowball offer by someone but next step seems to be drop price or drop $2k to paint the whole thing

Just to be sure, you don’t live in Minneapolis do you?

2k price drop not smart.
10k or more.
10k or more.

People generally only make offers if it’s within their max price range to begin with. If you’re charging 335k for that house, be prepared to wait awhile unless you’re in a good area in California.

You’re overestimate the desire for one to drop 335k on a 1670 sq ft house
My god

Your house is only priced at 335k strictly because of location. I’d pay 175k for that house tops. 1600 sq feet in Metairie for 300k+...PASS. Also it’s obviously not “set up for a family.” Maybe one kid! Any more your looking to upgrade your sq footage. Don’t believe me! See the Westbank!
