We have had double digits showings but no one has come with any offers. We have it staged currently since we are kind of living between two homes but I’m tempted to move everything out and just paint it a boring arse color and be done. Thoughts? I know beige ain’t in and the red kitchen isn’t modern but always thought paint was the easiest fix as a buyer but maybe a grey or cream color would be more appealing. It’s in a desirable location and price seems comparable to others that are getting offers. Obviously it’s currently set up for a family but I’m scared that’s scaring people away that aren’t in that mindset or phase of their life. I’m biased but I think it’s a great starter home . Blast my first home of ten years OT and tell me why no one is coming with offers.

Kitchen and kids' bedrooms need paint or make it clear there will be an allowance for paint.

Plain colors would help but a week isn't very long. Our first house took 10 months to sell. Granted, this was during the economic downturn years ago.

Personally I think that backyard is the deal breaker.

Pricing. If you have that much activity with no offers then you are priced too high. Painting isn't going to stop anyone if the price is right.

Seems fine. Selling a house is a process. Also, still a lot of uncertainty. Just be patient brother.

The market is much slower than it was a few years ago, and buyers can take their time before putting in an offer. It has been a week. I would only be worried if nobody was even looking at it.

I just sold mine in 2.5 weeks. Had lots of activity with no offers. Dropped the price and had 2 offers in a week.

$200 a square foot which seems reasonable for 3 bed 2 baths in the area

$201/sq ft

You’re overestimate the desire for one to drop 335k on a 1670 sq ft house
